It is a headache that textile enterprises often encounter in the production process of self winding yarn belt. The yarn ends are easily broken in the process of yarn warping, which seriously affects the warping efficiency. So what are the causes of backtracking? How to reduce the rewinding?
1. Causes
1) As a result of the large suction nozzle, the yarn is sucked into disorder to form a return. When warping and unwinding, the entangled disordered yarn is taken up. Because it cannot be unwinded, the yarn is pulled off near the surface of the package, forming a broken end, which affects warping efficiency.
2) As the end of the yarn is broken at the same time as the end of the yarn, the end of the yarn is broken somewhere between the drum and the end of the yarn. The cut yarn will spring up and fall onto the plate above the end of the yarn. When the next splicing operation of the yarn is completed, when the drum is started, the yarn is easy to be drawn into the drum and become a filament.

3) Due to the poor strength and too many weak rings of the yarn, the tension break of the yarn occurs below the splicer, and the yarn bounces up irregularly after the break, which is loosely attached to the small end of the paper tube. In the process of finding the end of the big suction nozzle, the bobbin reverses and tightly wraps the yarn on the small end of the paper tube. If the big suction nozzle does not break the yarn wrapped on the small end of the paper tube for the first time, then the big suction nozzle will go up for the second time, the third time or even the fourth time to find the yarn. In the process of finding the yarn for many times, it will break the yarn wrapped on the small end of the paper tube.

2 solutions
1) To solve the problem of big suction nozzle sucking yarn disorderly, first of all, it is necessary to ensure the success rate of big suction nozzle moving upward to find the yarn head. Attention should be paid to the situation of finding the yarn head with a large suction nozzle. All spindles of all winders of this type should be observed. The success rate of finding the yarn head for the first time with a large suction nozzle should be over 99%.
2) If it can not reach 99%, it can be improved from the following aspects: adjust the distance between the big suction nozzle and the drum yarn according to the standard; check the length, roundness and hardness of the paper tube, and discard those unqualified paper tubes; there are three gears available for the reverse drive of the slotted drum, which are fast, medium and slow, and test according to these three conditions respectively to see which one has the most effective head finding effect After the drive is determined, the drive acceleration can also be selected, and the test shall be conducted for different acceleration respectively to select the optimal process for operation; secondly, under the condition that the success rate of finding the yarn head is guaranteed, the number of finding the head of the large suction nozzle shall be set to the minimum as far as possible. Because the larger the number of times to find a big nozzle, the greater the probability of yarn suction disorder. More suction times, the yarn on the surface of the package will be disordered. At the same time, adjust the action times and splicing times of large suction nozzle correspondingly.
3) There are three ways to solve the problem: first, to improve the cotton blending, so as to reduce the strong weak ring on the yarn, so as to reduce the broken ends at the contact between the trough and the package; second, to strengthen the management of the equipment, temperature, humidity and operation in the production workshop, to eliminate the occurrence of occasional yarn defects, to optimize the spinning and spinning process, and to reduce the number of yarn cutting; third, At least once every 5 days, clean the yarn catching mouth thoroughly to ensure that the mouth is not blocked and can draw back yarn anytime and anywhere.
4) For weak ring spinning, the first thing is to reduce the strong weak ring. In the cotton distribution of the enterprise, replace the raw cotton with low single fiber strength and replace it with the raw cotton with high strength, so that the minimum strength of the single yarn produced can be significantly improved. At the same time, it can reduce the winding speed and the spinning speed, and the tension produced in the spinning process will be significantly reduced, and it can also reduce the production of spinning.
5) For weak loop spinning, the air loop tracker can be used on the winding single spindle. It can greatly compress the air loop generated during the unwinding of tube yarn, significantly reduce the contact area between yarn and air, directly reduce the spinning tension, and reduce the generation of spinning. In addition, when the success rate of finding the yarn head is guaranteed, optimize the process parameters of the automatic winder, change the failure times of finding the yarn head to 1, change the action of the big suction nozzle to 1, use 10 circles for the "delay lifting" of the package, use 10 circles for the "delay finding the yarn head", and use 1 for the splicing failure times. The reason why the above process parameters are used is that before the end of the loopback floating in the air around the small end of the paper tube is not wound into the bobbin, the single spindle of the automatic winder can light the red light alarm and stop, so the car stopper has the opportunity to pull out the loopback on the small end of the paper tube by turning the bobbin, so as to eliminate this kind of loopback 。
3 key points of operation
Do "four look, one change". If it is a tube yarn, use the corresponding button on the single spindle to replace the tube yarn under the yarn extraction unit. Second, check whether there is any return wire hanging on the small suction nozzle. If so, the driver needs to remove the return wire. Third, see if there is any loopback at the splicer. If so, clean up the loopback. 4. See if there is any return in the yarn channel, and if so, try to clean it up. "One look" refers to that after the single spindle lights up and the red light alarm stops, the car stopper needs to go to the bobbin to look for the head by hand, instead of directly turning off the red light to start single spindle production.
